But if it is, we engage in a thoughtful process, working with you to optimize the capital structure—maximizing returns, reducing risk, and meeting the underwriting standards for the targeted capital.

Additionally, if your project is a strong candidate for CPACE financing, we seamlessly integrate it into the capital stack. This includes adding an extra layer of underwriting analysis and preparing a presentation that ensures the opportunity is evaluated appropriately, gaining lender consent and maximizing the project’s financing potential.

When appropriate, we can also arrange preferred equity, agency and permanent financing on a case-by-case basis when it aligns with our clients’ needs and makes sense for both parties.

  • Lower to upper middle market construction, bridge and permanent financing for multi-family, hospitality, self-storage and Industrial.

  • Lower to upper middle market construction and bridge financing for multi-family, hospitality, self-storage and Industrial.

  • Lower to upper middle market applications as a form of mezzanine financing for construction, bridge or large cap ex projects. Can be used as retroactive financing in some jurisdictions. Lender consent is required.

  • Middle to upper middle market construction and bridge financing for institutional quality multi-family, hospitality or industrial projects.

  • Value-add lower to middle market multi-family only.

  • Fannie, Freddie, HUD/FHA, and USDA.

  • Privately structured Power Purchase/Lease Agreements to fund commercial and industrial renewable energy projects off balance sheet.

    C-PACE can also be used to fund onsite renewable energy projects.
